Welcome to the Shelby County Historical Museum,
located at the corner of Pine Street and Morse Avenue in Harlan. Opened in
1975 as a Bicentennial project, the facility has grown to four buildings
including the Leland and McIntosh Log Cabins.

The museum is open on
Sundays from 2 to 4 pm during the summer and by appointment throughout the year.
There is no admission charge.

attend one of our activities. Get a sampling of what's on display from the
Exhibits pages and then set aside a time for a visit.
